Pasir Ris 8, a new integrated development in the heart of Pasir Ris central, jointly developed by Phoenix Commercial Pte Ltd and Phoenix Residential Pte Ltd. The two companies are part of a joint venture between Allgreen Properties and Kerry Properties, both part of the Kuok Group of Companies.
Located in the eastern part of Singapore, Pasir Ris 8 is just 8-10 minutes away by car to Singapore Changi Airport. The Pasir Ris Bus Interchange and MRT station, which is only a 3 minute walk away, is a major transportation hub that allows commuters to commute to the city conveniently. It allows residents to transfer between the rail network that connects the area and several bus routes in the region.
In 2029, with the completion of the 1st phase of the Cross-island Line connecting Changi to Bright Hill, Pasir Ris station will become a hub. The new line will reduce travel time to other parts of Singapore by up to 70 minutes and will also serve as an alternative to the East-West Line when fully completed.
Allgreen Properties and Kerry Properties won the bid by submitting the highest bid of $699,999,999.99, which is 3.28% higher than the $677,777,000 submitted by Far East Organisation. Based on the maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 1,022,678 square feet, the land cost is $684.48 per square foot for mixed use.
